About the role

Requirements
- A completed nursing qualification (e.g., certified geriatric nurse, health and nursing care)
- At least one year of professional experience in outpatient/home care and initial leadership experience
- Knowledge of prescription/authorization (Verordnungs) management
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a confident presence
- Empathy, a strong sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm for motivating and developing a team
