About the role
- Video Producer/Editor with 5+ years of experience in multimedia production for Lincoln Financial. Responsible for end-to-end video production, collaborating with teams and talent.
Responsibilities
- Executing all aspects of video production, including camera operation, audio capture, and scene lighting.
- Operating studio equipment such as lighting systems, routing equipment, switchers, and audio boards.
- Editing video content with excellent proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
- Applying strong motion design skills and creative effects within edits.
- Directing both professional talent and internal staff during shoots.
- Contributing creative video concepts and ideas.
- Writing clear, engaging video scripts.
- Organizing and maintaining detailed shooting schedules.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and freelance production staff.
- Capturing headshots and event photography as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience across all phases of video and multimedia production, including writing, directing, cinematography, audio recording, lighting, editing, compression, animation, motion design, and photography.
