About the role

• Full Stack Developer for AI-based software solutions in the medical field. Developing web applications with modern technologies while collaborating with design and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Backend development: Developing and maintaining server applications using Spring Boot and Ktor
• Implementing server-side rendering with modern templating engines (e.g., Thymeleaf, Freemarker, kotlinx.html, JTE)
• Designing and implementing RESTful APIs and web services
• Database integration and optimization
• Monitoring and performance analysis using appropriate tools
• Frontend integration: Integrating HTMX or Datastar for reactive user interfaces
• Developing interactive web components
• Maintaining and extending existing applications using Angular and SolidJS
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring quality
• Collaborating with design and product teams
• Documenting architectures and APIs

Requirements

• Experience in full stack development — from web frontend to server-side logic
• Solid understanding of web standards (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and database connectivity
• Practical experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• A structured approach with emphasis on testability and documentation comes naturally to you
• You are a team player: open to exchange, solution-oriented in discussions — not someone who needs to shine alone
• You have very good English skills — both written and spoken. Good German is a plus but not required.
