Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Extensive experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
- Solid experience in supply chain and sourcing activities
- Proven track record delivering projects under constraints
- Experience working in matrix organizations
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Structured, analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Project management certification such as IPMA (Level B), PMI, or similar
- Fluent in English, German and/or French are a strong plus
