About the role

  • Project purchasing leader responsible for managing all purchasing activities from concept to production. Working with various departments to achieve supply chain objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for purchasing for the defined project portfolio
  • Drive all project-related purchasing activities
  • Manage purchasing from concept phase through production (PPAP)
  • Coordinate with various departments to achieve set objectives
  • Forecast supplier capacity and perform market analyses to support innovation
  • Manage supplier contracts and follow-up with the commodity team
  • Lead sourcing meetings for supplier selection
  • Ensure replacement and updating of parts during project phases
  • Define and implement the sourcing strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, procurement/purchasing, or equivalent
  • Proven experience in project management or strategic procurement
  • Experience in a technical field: mechanical, electronic, or similar
  • IPMA Level D certification
  • Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite and experience with an ERP system
  • Ability to work in a team, versatility, and process management skills
