Responsibilities
- Coordinate the intake of all incoming used mobile cranes
- Plan and manage inspections, repairs, refurbishments, and compliance
- Track and monitor progress to ensure projects are on track
- Keeping our customers up to date with their crane’s status in a timely and professional manner
- Sales assistance and other duties as directed
- Prepare and manage project budgets for each used crane
- Monitor actual costs against budget and identify risks
- Control labor and parts expenditure with Service and Parts teams
- Ensure accurate cost capture to protect profitability
- Analyze risks, delays, or budget issues early
- Ensure work meets Liebherr quality and safety standards
- Support final inspections and readiness for sale or delivery
- Assist with final handover documentation
Requirements
- Experience in project coordination or service operations
- Crane technical experience
- Mechanical or automotive Electrical Trade Qualification
- Strong understanding of service workflows and cost control
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Team player
- Able to travel Internationally and Interstate
- ERP or service management systems (Desirable)
- Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
