Responsibilities
Coordinate the intake of all incoming used mobile cranes
Plan and manage inspections, repairs, refurbishments, and compliance
Track and monitor progress to ensure projects are on track
Keeping our customers up to date with their crane’s status in a timely and professional manner
Sales assistance and other duties as directed
Prepare and manage project budgets for each used crane
Monitor actual costs against budget and identify risks
Control labor and parts expenditure with Service and Parts teams
Ensure accurate cost capture to protect profitability
Analyze risks, delays, or budget issues early
Ensure work meets Liebherr quality and safety standards
Support final inspections and readiness for sale or delivery
Assist with final handover documentation
Requirements
Experience in project coordination or service operations
Crane technical experience
Mechanical or automotive Electrical Trade Qualification
Strong understanding of service workflows and cost control
Proven ability to manage multiple projects
Strong communication and organisational skills
Team player
Able to travel Internationally and Interstate
ERP or service management systems (Desirable)
Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
