Responsibilities

  • Administer customer satisfaction surveys (cold and warm)
  • Collect, analyze and track customer feedback
  • Contribute to the implementation of KPIs and monitoring tools
  • Ensure the quality and compliance of collected data
  • Identify cross-selling and lead-generation opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience in call handling
  • Language skills: fluent Italian required + French or English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools
  • Good listening skills, confidentiality, strong organizational skills and rigor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
