Responsibilities
Manage multiple branches and supervise production personnel and their workflow
Ensure high morale, excellent customer service, and maximum volume and profits
Lead, manage and direct day-to-day operations of multiple production branches
Interview, hire and train Division Managers and motivate all associates to achieve production goals
Actively participate in the company’s strategic planning
Set measurable and achievable goals and objectives based on customer service standards
Regularly meet with various company departments to ensure adherence to updated processes and guidelines
Provide EVP with updates and information regarding production metrics and performance for all region branches
Create and maintain a management succession plan and development plan for associates
Ensure compliance with federal government regulations and corporate reporting requirements
Maintain knowledge of loan programs and ensure the loan officers remain current
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years as a branch manager
Minimum 5 - 6 years of application and processing experience or equivalent mortgage background
Strong computer background with 5 to 6 years experience in mortgage software and working knowledge of Word for Windows and Excel
Current knowledge of closing and title requirements
Current knowledge of loan processing and automated underwriting systems
Current knowledge of FHLMC/FNMA/FHA/VA and industry underwriting guidelines
Current knowledge of self-employed borrowers, partnership and corporation tax return analysis
Valid driver's license and transportation
