About the role

  • Chief Architect leading Missile Warning Integration and Test architecture efforts at Los Angeles Air Force Base. Driving evolution, optimization, and sustainment of the FORGE architecture crucial for national defense.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Chief Architect for Missile Warning Integration and Test, providing authoritative technical leadership across the enterprise.
  • Assess the current FORGE architecture and chart its future direction, ensuring scalability, resilience, and mission alignment.
  • Deliver high-impact recommendations for system improvements, architectural optimization, and long-term sustainment strategies.
  • Advise senior leadership on architectural risks, tradeoffs, dependencies, and opportunities that shape Missile Warning capabilities.
  • Maintain deep awareness of adjacent technologies, programs, and interfaces that influence or integrate with Missile Warning systems.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering and 17+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven expertise supporting Missile Warning systems, architectures, and integration efforts
  • Demonstrated ability to provide senior-level technical leadership and shape enterprise architecture strategy
  • Residency within commuting distance of Los Angeles AFB, CA
