About the role

  • IT Specialist responsible for planning, configuring, and supporting IT systems at L&P IT Solutions. Involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software components in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and network infrastructures
  • Installing and servicing hardware and software components
  • Analyzing and resolving faults during operation
  • Supporting IT security measures and backup strategies
  • Participating in IT projects and system migrations
  • Acting as the point of contact for internal users on technical questions

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable qualification
  • Solid knowledge of Windows environments and networking technologies
  • Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure)
  • Initial experience in or strong interest in Business Intelligence
  • Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
  • Team player with strong communication skills
