About the role
- Instructor teaching automation technology and mechatronics at the Technikerschule Augsburg. Responsible for conveying technical knowledge and fostering students' practical skills.
Responsibilities
- Teach, by arrangement, the subjects Control Technology with TIA Portal, Electrical Engineering, and Automation Technology.
- Inspire enthusiasm for industry and technology and convey solid knowledge in electrical and mechatronics engineering.
- Design structured, application-oriented lessons based on the state curriculum.
- Ensure organization and structure in daily school operations and take on organizational and administrative tasks.
- Support learners respectfully with fair, transparent examinations and performance assessments.
- Contribute to the school's curricular development and provide constructive input.
Requirements
- Completed diploma or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or a comparable technical field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in automation technology.
- Practical, up-to-date technical knowledge.
- Enjoy teaching technical content in a clear and motivating way to learners.
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
