About the role
- Project Manager & Product Owner for ERP software in a leading LED solutions provider. Focus on project planning, coordination, and process optimization with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Planning, management and monitoring of projects
- Coordination of internal requirements and external IT service providers
- Analysis, documentation and optimization of existing business processes
- Initiation and implementation of digitalization and automation measures
- Acting as the Product Owner for the ERP system: prioritizing and maintaining the backlog
- Liaising with end users and stakeholders
- Ensuring quality and functionality
- Preparation of project plans, status reports and documentation
- Supporting business departments in the use and further development of software solutions
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration, computer science or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in project management (agile and traditional/waterfall)
- Solid IT understanding and practical experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge of process analysis and optimization
- Experience working with external service providers is an advantage
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong affinity for digitalization and new technologies
