Requirements
Degree in business administration, controlling, financial management, or commercial vocational training with relevant further qualification
Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in the social or non-profit sector
Solid knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting and grant/funding management
Familiarity with controlling tools and ERP systems (e.g., Vivendi, DATEV)
Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
High degree of personal responsibility, structured way of working and strong communication skills
Experience working with payers and service providers
Knowledge of non-profit law and social legislation (SGB VIII, IX, XII)
