Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor various budgets, forecasts and financial plans

Requirements
- Degree in business administration, controlling, financial management, or commercial vocational training with relevant further qualification
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in the social or non-profit sector
- Solid knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting and grant/funding management
- Familiarity with controlling tools and ERP systems (e.g., Vivendi, DATEV)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- High degree of personal responsibility, structured way of working and strong communication skills
- Experience working with payers and service providers
- Knowledge of non-profit law and social legislation (SGB VIII, IX, XII)
- Sensitivity to the specific characteristics of social organizations
