About the role

  • Technical interface role acting between customer and engineering teams in automotive software development. Supports debugging, testing, and documentation changes in customer systems.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main technical contact between the customer and internal engineering teams
  • Support issue investigation, debugging, and resolution during development and testing
  • Coordinate technical discussions, anomaly reports, and design reviews
  • Manage engineering changes and documentation releases in customer systems
  • Support prototype builds, vehicle testing, and product integration
  • Maintain regular communication with customer teams and internal stakeholders
  • Support new business activities (RFI/RFQ) and technical discussions

Requirements

  • Experience with embedded software development in automotive systems
  • Knowledge of AUTOSAR and automotive diagnostics
  • Experience with debugging tools (e.g., Lauterbach / Trace32)
  • Understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
  • Familiarity with tools such as CANoe, JIRA, DOORS, SVN
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience working directly with OEM customers
