About the role
- Launch Engineer leading new program introductions from planning through execution in the automotive industry. Ensuring operational readiness and managing cross-functional team coordination for project launches.
Responsibilities
- Leading new program introductions from planning through execution

- Driving operational readiness and managing project timelines
- Ensuring all launch activities meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop the Program/Project schedule
- Demonstrate leadership during program launch
- Configure the LPMP system for all new program launches
- Collaborate with SSD/CFD teams to address deliverables, tasks, and open issues
- Support program launches and trial waves
- Manage project budget and analyze cash impact, excess, and obsolete materials for end-of-life projects
- Actively collaborate to achieve and maintain certifications (IATF/VDA)
Requirements
- Engineer or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to plan and track project activities
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the automotive industry in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of working within cross-functional teams and matrix structures
- Successful experience in team management
- Proficiency in MS Project
- Good communication skills in both French and English.
