About the role

• Senior Full Stack Engineer developing AI-driven legal workflows at LEAP. Collaborating closely with legal experts to shape smart, practical solutions for law firms.

Responsibilities

• Write production code across the full stack – from AI agent orchestration to frontend UI
• Contribute to architecture and technology decisions – including which AI agent frameworks to use
• Work directly with customers and legal experts to understand workflows and build solutions that actually help
• Partner with product and design to define features and user experiences
• Build prototypes quickly, iterate based on feedback, and ship features that deliver real value
• Navigate ambiguity and uncertainty with confidence – this is early-stage, fast-moving work
• Set high standards for code quality and help establish engineering best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in full-stack web development
• Front End: JavaScript, TypeScript, React or similar
• Backend: Strong knowledge of database systems and data modelling, as well as at least one backend language or platform
• AI/Agents: Curiosity and willingness to work with emerging AI agent frameworks
• Contribution towards software architecture and thoughtful design decisions in an evolving, uncertain environment
• Understanding of what good looks like when building great software products from scratch.
