About the role

Responsibilities
- Structuring securitization transactions and investment funds;
- Participating in public and private issuances of debt securities, such as debenture offerings, receivables certificates, promissory notes and other securities;
- Restructuring debt with domestic and foreign banks;
- Handling banking transactions and syndicated loan operations;
- Drafting and reviewing primary and ancillary documents for capital markets transactions (with a focus on debt, securitization and fund quotas);
- Drafting and reviewing security instruments and corporate documents in the context of capital markets transactions;
- Conducting and supporting legal due diligence audits;
- Legal research on rules, regulations and case law applicable to the financial and capital markets;
- Assisting in the preparation of legal opinions, memoranda and advisory reports; and
- Supporting the development and training of interns.
Requirements
- Law degree (completed);
- Experience in Capital Markets with a focus on debt, securitization and investment funds is required;
- Knowledge of applicable regulations; and
- Advanced/Fluent English.
