About the role
- Technical IT Architect developing the technical architecture for cloud integrations and APIs at Swiss chocolate manufacturer Läderach. Involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous development.
Responsibilities
- You evolve the target technical architecture for platforms, cloud integrations, APIs, and IT infrastructure
- You define and maintain technical architecture principles to reduce complexity and technological diversity
- You create and maintain architecture models and system landscape maps
- You conduct technical architecture and solution reviews for APIs, interfaces, operational concepts, and scalability
- You advise project teams and Technical Product Owners on solution design, technology selection, and integration approaches
- You evaluate vendor tools and integration partners and support sourcing decisions
- You support platform and operations strategies such as automation, CI/CD, and monitoring
Requirements
- You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of professional experience as a Technical Architect, Software Architect, or in a similar role
- You have a deep understanding of modern technologies such as cloud, APIs, API design and integration, DevOps, and microservices
- You have experience with at least one major cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- You work confidently with architecture frameworks
- You communicate clearly and persuasively and have strong facilitation and moderation skills
- You have experience working in an international environment and in cross-functional teams
- You identify with Läderach's values and possess very good German and English language skills
