About the role
- Lead Systems Engineer performing responsibilities across the Electronic Warfare Division. Defining organizational level solutions while supporting program level execution.
Responsibilities
- perform the roles and responsibilities of a Lead, Systems Engineering (Level 5)
- supporting programs across the Electronic Warfare (EW) Division in the Advanced Combat Systems (ACS) Sector
- define and drive organizational level solutions in the areas identified
- support program level execution across the ACS business areas
- analyze electronic signals and data to identify potential threats
- Develop, maintain, and oversee the overall EW Modeling and Simulation strategy for Systems Engineering (SE) across the Advanced Combat Systems (ACS) Sector
- Leverage cloud computing power to analyze complex EW data and run intensive signal processing algorithms
- Implement networked C2 systems to coordinate EW operations and decision-making
- Conduct testing and evaluation of EW systems and equipment to ensure effectiveness against identified threats
Requirements
- Active DoD secret clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Technical Expertise one of more of the following areas: Threat Analysis, System Modeling and Simulation, Cloud Processing and Network EW Applications
