About the role

• Engaging content developer for diploma programs at L'atelier des Chefs. Collaborating with project leads to create innovative learning paths and ensure quality e-learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content for various diploma programs (CAP, Titre Professionnel, BTS, etc.)
• Design innovative learning pathways
• Listen to and collaborate with subject-matter experts to understand their roles
• Rephrase and challenge the initial content provided by experts
• Write clear, coherent, and precise learning objectives
• Create and integrate certain learning modules directly into the LMS
• Systematically verify that the learning progression and content align with the curriculum/framework and learning objectives
• Organize and participate in shoots and podcast recordings
• Commission graphic designs and manage follow-up
• Create quizzes and assessments to validate learning objectives
• Produce supplementary training documents
• Ensure proper integration of content into the LMS
• Support Senior Project Managers in project monitoring and planning

Requirements

• Looking for a work-study placement as part of a second-year Master's program (Master 2), specialized in instructional design or learning engineering
• Excellent written French, strong writing skills, and the ability to synthesize information
• Comfortable adapting to digital tools and systems (Google Workspace, Notion, and common e-learning tools)
• Strong sense of pedagogy and a desire to help others grow
• Team spirit, a collaborative mindset, and a sense of collective responsibility
• Personal organization skills, agility, and flexibility
• Good organizational and forward-planning skills
