Requirements
- Experience in the IT industry with a focus on Mainframe knowledge on JCL, zOS
- Experience working with Japanese clients.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in Mainframe environments, Mainframe security, RACF, and compliance areas.
- In depth knowledge of Amazon cloud hosting architecture with experience with AWS and Azure is a bonus
- Provide support for z/OS operating systems and components, delivering direct technical assistance for releases, upgrades, and system changes.
- Offer primary support for assigned ISV products, including diagnosing issues on the z/OS platform and its products.
- Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities
- Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
- Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
