About the role

  • Own and manage account P&L for strategic IT services accounts
  • Drive revenue growth, renewals, and profitability across various IT business areas
  • Develop and execute account strategies tailored to customer needs
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities, expanding scope and capabilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver seamless solutions
  • Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts and generate new opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience in IT business services, including full account P&L ownership
  • Proven success in consultative selling and strategic account growth
  • Strong understanding of IT services components and industry trends
  • Fluent in Italian and English on spoken level
  • Existing network within the IT services ecosystem is a strong advantage
  • Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
  • Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
