Responsibilities
Own and manage account P&L for strategic IT services accounts
Drive revenue growth, renewals, and profitability across various IT business areas
Develop and execute account strategies tailored to customer needs
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Identify and qualify new opportunities, expanding scope and capabilities
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver seamless solutions
Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts and generate new opportunities
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of sales experience in IT business services, including full account P&L ownership
Proven success in consultative selling and strategic account growth
Strong understanding of IT services components and industry trends
Fluent in Italian and English on spoken level
Existing network within the IT services ecosystem is a strong advantage
Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
