Responsibilities
- Own and manage account P&L for strategic IT services accounts
- Drive revenue growth, renewals, and profitability across various IT business areas
- Develop and execute account strategies tailored to customer needs
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify and qualify new opportunities, expanding scope and capabilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver seamless solutions
- Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts and generate new opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in IT business services, including full account P&L ownership
- Proven success in consultative selling and strategic account growth
- Strong understanding of IT services components and industry trends
- Fluent in Italian and English on spoken level
- Existing network within the IT services ecosystem is a strong advantage
- Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
- Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
