About the role

  • Customer Technology Advisor collaborating with partners to enhance Kyndryl's technology solutions. Driving targeted opportunities through technical expertise and collaborative presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Join our dynamic team as a Customer Technology Advisor
  • Work hand in hand with our Kyndryl Consult Partners and customer partners
  • Leverage your technical and solution expertise to drive targeted opportunities and exceed customer expectations
  • Showcase our credibility and eminence in the industry through engaging demos and compelling presentations
  • Support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners
  • Coordinate the entire pre-sales process ensuring quality and compliance verification while adhering to Kyndryl best practices

Requirements

  • Deep domain knowledge of Services offerings and technical solutions in a practice
  • Demonstrated experience translating distinctive technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions
  • Prior consultative selling experience
  • Externally recognized as an expert in the technology and/or solutioning areas, including technical certifications supporting subdomain focus area(s) including: Application Data and AI; Cloud; Core Enterprise and zCloud; Digital Workplace; Network and Edge; Security and Resiliency
