Field Consultant supporting franchise development and training at Kumon, the largest education franchise in Brazil.
Responsibilities
Support and develop advisors and franchisees, promoting integration and ongoing training.
Adapt the approach according to each franchisee’s profile and stage, ensuring correct application of the Kumon Method.
Plan and deliver training tailored to the specific needs of centers, strengthening autonomy and operational quality.
Develop action plans and follow-up based on key indicators (enrollments, IC6, TMP).
Prepare visit reports and keep information updated for support teams and managers.
Monitor results and propose continuous improvement strategies.
Support implementation of digital tools and ensure organized schedules and processes.
Contribute to plans and initiatives to strengthen the Kumon brand.
Coordinate and lead regional and general meetings with franchisees, ensuring clear communication and integration among centers.
Support meetings with students’ parents and brand-strengthening events.
Act as a bridge between headquarters and centers, maintaining consistent and transparent information flow.
Provide consultancies aligned with each franchise unit’s needs and profile.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of guidance, analyzing results and proposing specific development plans.
Promote the exchange of best practices and the strengthening of the franchise network.
Manage and analyze data to monitor centers’ performance indicators.
Interpret results and propose strategic actions that support sustainable growth and improvement of key indicators.
Use digital tools for monitoring and decision support.
Contribute to the satisfaction and retention of franchisees, students, and parents through a close, empathetic, and results-oriented approach.
Support events and initiatives that promote engagement and strengthen the Kumon brand.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (higher education completed).
Intermediate English knowledge (desirable).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate Excel.
Experience with franchises, business areas, sales/commercial departments and/or consultancies (experience in education will be considered a plus).
Experience with social media and technology in general.
Availability to travel.
Residence in São Paulo and/or the metropolitan area.
Alignment with the education field, and with the company’s method and philosophy.
