Consultor de Campo supporting the development and training of Kumon's educational units across the Ceará region.
Responsibilities
Conducting Visits and Specific Trainings at Franchised Units
Support and develop instructors and franchisees, promoting integration and continuous training.
Adapt the approach according to each franchisee’s profile and stage, ensuring the correct application of the Kumon Method.
Plan and deliver trainings targeted to the specific needs of each unit, strengthening autonomy and operational quality.
Preparation of Reports and Follow-up Plans
Develop action and follow-up plans based on key indicators (enrollments, IC6, TMP).
Prepare visit reports and keep information updated for support areas and managers.
Monitor results and propose continuous improvement strategies.
Support the implementation of digital tools and ensure the organization of schedules and processes.
Contribute to plans and initiatives to strengthen the Kumon brand.
Coordination and Conducting of Meetings
Coordinate and present regional and general meetings with franchisees, ensuring clear communication and integration among units.
Provide support in conducting meetings with students’ parents and brand-strengthening events.
Act as a bridge between the head office and units, maintaining a consistent and transparent flow of information.
Personalized Consultancies
Offer consultancies aligned with the needs and profile of each franchised unit.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of guidance, analyzing results and proposing specific development plans.
Promote the exchange of best practices and the strengthening of the franchise network.
Data Analysis
Manage and analyze data to monitor unit performance indicators.
Interpret results and propose strategic actions that support sustainable growth and improvement of key indicators.
Use digital tools for monitoring and to support decision-making.
Satisfaction of Franchisees, Students and Parents
Contribute to the satisfaction and loyalty of franchisees, students and parents through a close, empathetic and results-oriented approach.
Support events and actions that promote engagement and strengthen the Kumon brand.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed).
Intermediate English (desirable).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
Experience with franchises, business areas, commercial/sales roles and/or consulting (experience in the education sector is a plus).
Experience with social media and general technology.
Willingness to travel.
Reside in Ceará and/or the surrounding region.
Alignment with education, and with the company’s method and philosophy.
