About the role

- Planning, shooting, and editing videos
- Voiceovers/soundtracks and video editing (e.g., with Adobe Premiere or comparable software)
- Preparing content for the web and social media
- Translations from English → German

- Design, research, or editorial tasks
Requirements
- experience in video production and video editing (Adobe Premiere or similar programs)
- fluent in German and English
- interested in geography, geoinformatics, computer science, or related fields of research
- enjoy working independently and reliably and enjoy creative teamwork
- Knowledge of graphic design (e.g., InDesign) (nice to have)
- Experience with website maintenance (WordPress) (nice to have)
- Interest in blogging, social media (LinkedIn, Mastodon, Bluesky), or press relations (nice to have)
