About the role

  • Business Development Coordinator supporting marketing materials, competitive research, and event coordination for a global law firm. Collaborating with the Marketing and BD team to meet client needs and enhance engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain global marketing materials
  • Gather and centralize experience lists
  • Assist with pitches and RFPs
  • Coordinate and help compile submissions related to legal directories and awards
  • Assist with the coordination of and content development of newsletters
  • Provide support for K&S-hosted events
  • Provide support for sponsorships and coordinate activities related to sponsorship commitments
  • Conduct research on a variety of topics
  • Support the Business Development team on strategic client targeting and business planning efforts
  • Assist with lateral onboarding activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Knowledge of marketing and business development-related activities is required
  • Relevant legal business development/marketing experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
