About the role
- Product Owner enhancing supply chain digitalization at Kramp, leading initiatives and optimizing purchasing processes with data insights and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a clear product vision and roadmap for the supplier-to-warehouse domain
- Lead discovery and development initiatives, combining data analysis with supply chain expertise
- Optimize our purchasing processes using tools like Slim4, Oracle Supplier Portal, and EDI systems
- Translate strategic objectives into user stories, priorities, and measurable outcomes
- Foster a data-driven and experimental mindset within your team
- Drive supplier performance improvements through digitalization and automation of supply chain processes
Requirements
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management, IT, or Business Administration)
- 4–7 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or supply chain digitalization
- Experience with tools such as Slim4, Oracle, or EDI systems is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to effectively align stakeholders with the product vision
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives
- Comfortable working in an international and multidisciplinary environment
