About the role
- Own the technical design and architecture of Copilot-based solutions across client engagements.
- Lead the creation of proof-of-concepts (PoCs), demos, and solution assets that align with business requirements and technical feasibility.
- Provide architectural oversight to project teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.
- Support presales activities including client workshops, bid responses (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs), and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define reusable solution components and accelerators.
- Stay aligned with the Microsoft roadmap for Copilot, AI Studio, Fabric, and Power Platform technologies.
- Guide junior consultants and technical leads, providing mentoring and review support.
- Contribute to internal capability building by sharing knowledge and leading enablement sessions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical architect, pre-sales, or advanced consulting role.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Azure services.
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and present complex Microsoft-based solutions to both technical and business audiences.
- Proven success in at least one major industry (e.g., Financial Services, Public Sector, Retail, Manufacturing, Energy, or Professional Services).
- Experience with licensing and integration strategy around Copilot and supporting Microsoft technologies.
