About the role
- Dynamics CE Solution Architect handling high-quality business and software solutions for clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Leading workshops and mentoring junior team members within KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality business and software solutions to clients using Dynamics 365 CE
- Lead, organize, manage, and document workshops, meetings and requirements sessions with clients
- Responsible for gathering and documenting functional requirements and gap/fit analysis for workstream
- Interface effectively with the delivery team to ensure Power Platforms solution meets client requirements
- Deliver all consultancy and configuration work according to project methodology
- Identify business/project risks and mitigate or communicate as necessary
- Support practice development activities such as defining and configuring industry-specific solutions
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a CRM Consultant with large-scale complex implementations
- Deep knowledge of technical capabilities of Dynamics 365, including appropriate certification
- Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Power Platforms Accelerators, industry templates and add-ons
- Deeper understanding of the broader Microsoft stack including PowerApps, Power BI, Data Verse, Azure, Office 365
- Ability to clearly articulate and present ideas and solutions in line with Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities
- Preferably a University graduate with relevant degree within a computing or business discipline
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications, ideally most current versions
- 10+ years functional experience in Power Platforms configuration, standard customisation, workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and reports development.
