  • Junior BackOffice Analyst ensuring operational support for a commercial team in a company specializing in chocolates. Responsible for analysis, reporting results, and managing processes effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure backoffice activities by supporting the commercial team and compiling results to determine benefits for franchisees.
  • Provide support to the consultants team, compiling monthly and bimonthly results.
  • Monitor the progress and number of franchisees receiving benefits.
  • Track and follow up on motivational campaigns.
  • Align internal processes and their respective controls and analyses.
  • Analyze and respond to support tickets and inquiries from franchisees.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, or related fields.
  • Experience with SAP is essential for the role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to create dynamic, visually engaging presentations.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and databases is a plus.
  • Dynamic, proactive, good interpersonal skills, support-oriented, analytical, and detail-oriented.
