About the role
- Construction Project Manager overseeing elevator construction projects for KONE. Collaborating internally and externally while ensuring safety and quality throughout project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the agreed project schedule
- Track project resource status (including equipment, labor, etc.)
- Procurement-related responsibilities (such as subcontractor contracts and suppliers)

- Measure outcomes and act on checklist items
Requirements
- More than five (5) years of experience in construction project management
- Bilingual (French and English) required
- Knowledge of cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience using tools such as Microsoft Project or SAP
- Over seven (7) years of relevant work experience
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
