About the role
- Business Analyst / Controller supporting all commercial topics and management at Klüh Cleaning GmbH. Responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Erster Ansprechpartner der kaufmännischen Geschäftsleitung hinsichtlich aller kaufmännischen Themen
- Verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Analyse von Finanzberichten, Budgets, Forecasts sowie anderen Finanzanalysen
- Reporten der Ergebnisse an die Fach- und Holding-Geschäftsführung
- Koordinieren des jährlichen Planungsprozesses der Kurz- und Mittelfristplanung
- Erstellen von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Ad-hoc-Analysen und Forecasts
- Arbeiten an Sonderprojekten sowie an der Weiterentwicklung vorhandener Tools und Prozesse
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium erforderlich, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Controlling vorausgesetzt, bestenfalls in der personalintensiven Dienstleistungsbranche
- Analytisches Denken und Verständnis für komplexe finanzielle Zusammenhänge notwendig
- Ausgezeichnete MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel) sowie gute Anwenderkenntnisse in standardisierten ERP-Systemen essenziell
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP Analytics Cloud
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für einwandfreie Kommunikation und das Verstehen englischsprachiger Inhalte
