About the role
- Product Designer creating user-centered digital products for an AgriTech startup. Working to enhance user experiences in sustainable agriculture solutions while collaborating with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end user experience and design process, from discovery and research through prototyping, interaction design, testing, and optimisation
- Plan and conduct user research and usability testing (primarily in German), synthesising insights into clear product decisions
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to design solutions that balance user value, feasibility, and quality
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces that are ready for implementation
- Create and maintain information architecture, scalable UI patterns, and design systems
- Design data-heavy workflows and insights that help non-expert users understand and act on complex information
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a strong portfolio of user-centred digital products
- Proven ability to work across discovery and delivery, contributing to product direction while executing independently
- Strong experience with user research, including planning, conducting, and synthesising qualitative research
- Fluency in both English and German, with the ability to independently conduct user interviews and testing
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
- Experience designing complex or data-heavy interfaces for non-expert users
- Experience with B2B2C products, platforms, or multi-stakeholder systems
- Experience using AI-assisted design or product tools (e.g. Claude, Vercel, Lovable, or similar) to support research, prototyping, and iteration
- Available to co-create in our Berlin office several days per week.
