Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design, administration, optimization, and security of server, virtualization, and cloud environments
- Ensure system stability, performance, and scalability while supporting both project-based implementations and ongoing operational needs
- Manage Windows and Linux server environments
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
- Maintain virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper-V
- Support Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms
- Assist with cloud migrations and hybrid infrastructure deployments
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and patching
- Troubleshoot escalated system and server issues
- Maintain system documentation and configuration standards
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of systems engineering or administration experience
- Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization knowledge
- Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and backup solutions
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and time-management skills
