About the role

  • Senior Manager leading transformation programs in Data & AI at Klee Group. Engaging with top clients and fostering data governance and innovation across industries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-stakes transformation programs (data platform, governance, AI & GenAI, data systems modernization) for large enterprise clients
  • Ensure overall coherence between data/AI strategy, IT roadmap, organization and change management
  • Establish project governance frameworks (steering committees, reporting models, risk management, budget control)
  • Align stakeholders (business, IT, security, legal, data office, C-level sponsors)
  • Actively contribute to business development: identify opportunities, qualify leads, scope projects, and articulate value propositions
  • Co‑develop account strategies with Partners and sales teams
  • Lead complex pre-sales activities: responding to RFPs, oral presentations, pitches, and structuring fixed-price engagements
  • Introduce methodological standards for Data & AI projects (delivery frameworks, templates, best practices)
  • Ensure quality of deliverables, adherence to commitments, risk control and client satisfaction
  • Support teams in addressing security, compliance and AI ethics considerations
  • Mentor and grow a team of managers, architects, data/AI experts and project managers.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (engineering school, business school or university), ideally with a specialization in data, information systems or innovation management
  • 15+ years of consulting experience, with a significant portion in Data & AI contexts (data platforms, governance, analytics, AI/GenAI)
  • Proven experience leading complex programs (multi-business, multi-country, substantial budgets)
  • Good knowledge of major cloud and data platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS and/or associated data/AI ecosystems)
  • Strong delivery focus, financial management (P&L, margin, utilization) and C-level client relationship skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, public speaking ability and experience managing sensitive situations
  • Ability to unite, align and persuade multidisciplinary teams (business, IT, data, security, legal)
  • Proactive, rigorous, results-oriented with a strong appetite for Data & AI innovation
  • Professional proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
