About the role

  • Finance Specialist managing payments and documentation at Kizuna Personalberatung GmbH, ensuring compliance and optimizing processes in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • You process incoming and outgoing payments and verify incoming payments as well as payment approvals
  • You perform application checks (formal and substantive) and ensure that all documents are complete and plausible
  • You monitor deadlines and ensure proper documentation
  • You coordinate with internal departments and external contacts on queries
  • You handle special cases, e.g. discrepancies, returns, or unusual contractual arrangements
  • You support the optimization of processes in the payment and review area
  • You contribute to internal analyses and reporting

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office administration, banking, insurance, or finance) — a university degree is not required
  • Initial professional experience in administrative processing, ideally in finance, fiduciary/trust services, banking, or insurance
  • Meticulous and structured working style
  • Affinity for numbers and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
