Responsibilities
You process incoming and outgoing payments and verify incoming payments as well as payment approvals
You perform application checks (formal and substantive) and ensure that all documents are complete and plausible
You monitor deadlines and ensure proper documentation
You coordinate with internal departments and external contacts on queries
You handle special cases, e.g. discrepancies, returns, or unusual contractual arrangements
You support the optimization of processes in the payment and review area
You contribute to internal analyses and reporting
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office administration, banking, insurance, or finance) — a university degree is not required
Initial professional experience in administrative processing, ideally in finance, fiduciary/trust services, banking, or insurance
Meticulous and structured working style
Affinity for numbers and a strong sense of responsibility
Team player with strong communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
