Responsibilities
Act as a reference point and methodological leader in engineering project management, serving as the facilitator to ensure project delivery while ensuring the quality and efficiency of proposed projects.
Coordinate and monitor project planning, ensuring mapping of scope, risks and project indicators, and validate the plan with leadership and project stakeholders.
Maintain executive communication on project status with stakeholders, and facilitate communication between internal and external teams to ensure alignment and project success.
Identify and report potential deviations or risks that could impact project schedule or budget, and direct necessary actions to ensure adherence to the project plan.
Develop indicators and ensure delivery of service packages and activities required for project execution.
Ensure management of documents and information generated throughout the project, maintaining traceability of items and ensuring availability for the project team.
Conduct follow-ups with involved departments to ensure clear communication between areas and correct reporting to the Executive Board.
Update the pipeline weekly, maintaining coherent and accurate information on a daily basis, and prepare reports for the company.
Develop project closure materials (Lessons Learned) regularly, and monitor the implementation of mapped actions.
Monitor renovation processes for existing or acquired stores through schedule control and tracking of actions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed; degree in Engineering (Civil, Production or related fields) or Architecture is a plus.
Solid experience in project offices (PMO), preferably in retail, real estate expansion or large engineering projects.
Proficiency in methodologies (PMBOK, Agile or hybrid approaches) and management tools (MS Project or similar).
Advanced knowledge of Excel and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) for building dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs).
Ability to synthesize complex information for C-level reporting.
Ability to enforce deadlines and ensure deliverables from teams involved in the projects.
Ability to assess systemically the impact of a minor schedule deviation on the company's overall pipeline.
