About the role
- Finance Performance Consultant with 3-5 years of consulting experience needed for digital transformation in finance. Engage with diverse organizations to reshape financial functions and lead project deployments.
Responsibilities
- You will work with organizations of various sizes and across different industries to design their finance function transformation roadmaps and to support the deployment of those transformations, both from a business/process and a technological perspective.

Requirements
- You have 3–5 years of professional experience and have worked on transformation projects and the redesign of management/reporting frameworks or financial processes, preferably gained within a consulting firm.
- You are recognized for your organizational and methodological skills and pay close attention to the quality of deliverables and client satisfaction.
- You have a genuine interest in developing new topics and in the potential of innovative solutions to transform organizations, primarily through process digitization.
- You are fluent in English.
