Finance Executive ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices at Keypath Education. Contributing to internal controls while supporting financial record integrity in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices in line with company policies.
Match invoices to the correct legal entity and submit for processing via Medius.
Validate invoice coding, approvals, and supporting documentation prior to posting.
Maintain vendor Master data and manage supplier queries effectively.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Support internal and external audits through provision of accounts payable documentation.
Manage the accounts payable inbox by monitoring, prioritizing, and responding to day-to-day enquiries, ensuring timely resolution of invoice and vendor-related matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable accounting standards.
To act as a backup, assist and perform other ad-hoc tasks within Finance team as and when required.
Requirements
Degree in accounting or finance, or a related field from a recognized Malaysian University.
2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a finance operations environment.
Sound understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience with ERP and workflow systems (e.g. Medius, SAP, Oracle, Workday, AX, NetSuite) is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard finance tools.
High level of attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
