Responsibilities
Provide compensation operations support on a day-to-day basis for the EMEA Compensation Operations team, ensuring appropriate documentation of all activities, adhering to Service Level Agreements.
Oversee the timely and accurate administration of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) across EMEA, collaborating closely with Payroll, Employee Relations & Labor Relations (ER&LR), and People Business Partner teams.
Independently manage continuous improvements initiatives and support large projects such as EU Directive, Fair Pay, Year-end and any future M&A initiatives.
Conduct market benchmarking and analysis, lead survey participation, and contribute to the development and maintenance of regional salary structures (modeling).
Provide expert consultation to Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, People Leaders and Compensation Solutions Junior Analyst with respect to compensation matters, including but not limited to offers, year-round compensation, job evaluation/leveling, Salary Structures, engagement awards and recognition.
Support additional HR related requests and processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle in accordance with existing process documentation and HR policies globally.
Requirements
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
A minimum of 3 year of meaningful experience in compensation or HR/Business Operations equivalent role is required (preferred 5 years).
English fluency is required.
Candidates must be culturally sensitive and drive for results.
Ability to work in cross-functional and cross geography teams.
Candidate must have a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of software products, Workday, ServiceNow, Payscale, IPE Mercer and reporting tools is preferred.
