Requirements
5-8 Years
Strong understanding of machining fundamentals, CNC programming, and metal cutting applications.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerances, and manufacturing requirements.
Experience in process design, process re engineering, cycle time optimization, and machining troubleshooting.
Knowledge of fixturing concepts, machine tool capabilities, and cutting parameter optimization.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills related to machining.
Excellent communication skills for customer and internal team interactions.
Ability to manage and execute projects independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel extensively to support customer projects.
Proficiency in any of CAM Software’s like Siemens NX Manufacturing, CATIA, ESPRIT , Mastercam, Solid CAM, Post processor setup and customization, Toolpath verification and machine simulation.
Independently executed successful projects using CAM software like CATIA , Vericut , ESPIRIT, Solid CAM , Master CAM etc
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
5–10 years of hands on CAM experience in machining, toolpath development, and CNC programming.
Exposure to aerospace component machining is an added advantage.
