About the role

  • Working student supporting the PMO in the Manufacturing team at Kelvion. Assisting with project management tool implementation and coordinating tasks.

Responsibilities

  • You support the implementation and roll‑out of project management tools within the production team, in particular Microsoft Planner and Power Apps.
  • You assist with project planning, coordination and tracking of tasks and deadlines using the PDCA methodology (Plan-Do-Check-Act).
  • You consolidate required business data and reports and maintain systems, files and databases with high accuracy.
  • You communicate effectively with various departments to ensure optimal business processes.
  • You act as the primary point of contact between the PMO team, key users and external service providers to ensure a smooth development and implementation process.
  • You provide first‑level user support: answering user inquiries and coordinating or escalating issues as needed.
  • You create user manuals, documentation and training materials to support the tool roll‑out.
  • You actively contribute to the further development of project management methods and the associated toolset.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a business‑related degree such as Business Administration, Project and/or Process Management, Industrial Engineering or a comparable discipline—preferably with a focus on project or process management.
  • Confident use of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel); technical interest and ideally initial experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate) or Project for the Web.
  • Strong communication skills, self‑motivation and ability to work in a team; proactive work style and very good organizational skills.
  • Structured, analytical thinking and a conscientious, independent work approach.
  • Very good written and spoken English; German skills are an advantage.
