Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance full-stack solutions;
• Lead system architecture definition and technology selection;
• Implement and optimize integrations with databases and other services;
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and development best practices;
• Collaborate closely with other teams (design, product, DevOps) to align requirements and deliver efficient solutions;
• Act as a mentor and technical leader for the development team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a back-end programming language such as JavaScript (Node.js), Python, Java, or C#;
• Advanced proficiency with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js;
• Proficiency with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases;
• Expertise in code versioning systems (Git) and advanced CI/CD practices;
• Solid knowledge of microservices architecture and software design patterns;
• Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring development teams;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Advanced experience with back-end frameworks such as Express.js, Django, Spring Boot, etc.;
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies;
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK stack, etc.);
• Knowledge of application security and DevSecOps practices;
• Experience in agile environments and facilitating agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban).
