About the role

  • Order Administrator coordinating order information and supply forecasts for Samsung in a hybrid role. Fostering customer relations and enhancing order processes for efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Handling both short time forecast, orders and price information to customers
  • Monitor supply situation together with Supply Chain Management to secure alignment between forecast and orders in SAP and GSCM (Global Supply Chain Management system)
  • Release incoming order from customer
  • Weekly forecast updates
  • Building long-term relation with team and customers
  • Act professional and representative
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Service minded
  • Active drive improvement of order process with customers

Requirements

  • 1-2 years related experience from Order administration and/or sales (i.e. junior key account manager, inside sales)
  • Sales planning
  • Logistic – SCM
  • Office package, mainly Excel (high level)
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Portal experience, preferably from SAP or any other ERP system
  • Process skills, thinks and works with a strong process approach
  • High level of stress management, to be able to manage many tasks at same time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
