About the role

Responsibilities
- Enhance order accuracy, delivery speed, and tracking visibility
- Streamline picking, packing and shipping efficiency for a faster fulfillment process
- Ensure on time delivery with the most cost effective measures
- Leverage WMS and automation to improve efficiency
- Support long term growth by ensuring our e- commerce fulfillment is scalable and cost efficient as well as customer focused
- Monitor and address shipping performance and delays with carriers
- Analyze fulfillment process to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
- Utilize data to drive decision-making and enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare and present regular reports on fulfillment performance, including key metrics related to order processing, shipping times, and inventory accuracy
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implement improvements, and develop long-term strategies for warehouse operations
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized and efficient
- Find creative solutions that deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and financially efficient
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management or related field
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in ecommerce preferably in a warehouse/distribution center or logistics management
- Experience with WMS (Korber), TMS, and other supply chain systems preferred
- Lean six sigma a plus
- Ability to make independent decisions and to handle unexpected changes
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing tasks
- Advanced analytical skills to improve processes
- Clear and effective communication
- Motivational spirit to lead a team, delegate tasks, and accomplish objectives
