About the role

  • Nordic Spare Parts Manager overseeing inventory and logistics for Kärcher's Nordic service operations. Managing pricing strategies, warehousing, and collaborating with service partners for efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the inventory and distribution of spare parts for service operations across the Nordic region
  • Developing accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical data and collaborating closely with country-level Service Managers
  • Optimizing inventory levels and preventing stockouts
  • Implementing dynamic pricing strategies for spare parts in the region
  • Overseeing central spare parts warehouse operations and inventory control
  • Collaborating with Warranty, Technical Support, and Service Partner Managers to ensure efficient parts supply

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a parts management or logistics role, preferably in the service industry
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and logistics skills
  • A self-driven and independent work ethic, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional fluency in English and at least one Nordic language is preferred
