About the role
- Nordic Spare Parts Manager overseeing inventory and logistics for Kärcher's Nordic service operations. Managing pricing strategies, warehousing, and collaborating with service partners for efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Managing the inventory and distribution of spare parts for service operations across the Nordic region
- Developing accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical data and collaborating closely with country-level Service Managers
- Optimizing inventory levels and preventing stockouts
- Implementing dynamic pricing strategies for spare parts in the region
- Overseeing central spare parts warehouse operations and inventory control
- Collaborating with Warranty, Technical Support, and Service Partner Managers to ensure efficient parts supply
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a parts management or logistics role, preferably in the service industry
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices
- Excellent organizational and logistics skills
- A self-driven and independent work ethic, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional fluency in English and at least one Nordic language is preferred
