About the role
- Product Owner responsible for introducing and optimizing RIB iTWO in the organization. Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring user-friendly implementation in a multinational framework.
Responsibilities
- Introduction and rollout of RIB iTWO within the organization, including requirements gathering, design, implementation and continuous optimization
- Business analysis: identifying, analyzing and documenting user needs and deriving opportunities for optimization
- Stakeholder management: acting as the interface between business units, IT and external service providers
- Prioritization and maintenance of the product backlog in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Supporting the technical implementation and ensuring a high level of user-friendliness
- Training and change management to support users in adopting RIB iTWO
- Monitoring the quality and success of implemented processes and systems
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in implementing and supporting ERP, BIM or AVA (tendering/costing) systems, ideally with RIB iTWO
- Experience with construction projects, infrastructure management or facility management
- Understanding of the BIM concept and methodology and familiarity with digital construction processes (5D, BIM, ACC)
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) as well as in process optimization and change management is an advantage
- Enthusiasm for digital transformation and a willingness to actively participate in transformation processes
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness when engaging with various stakeholders
- High degree of initiative and solution-oriented thinking
- Business-fluent German and English
