Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous discovery by performing market research and user interviews to identify opportunities to evolve our products and platforms
- Define and communicate the product vision, aligning strategy with business objectives and customer needs
- Define and monitor product performance metrics (OKRs, KPIs), proposing improvements and adjustments
- Manage the roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, feasibility and metrics
- Manage the backlog and ensure deliveries are aligned with strategy and quality standards
- Map processes and prepare documentation to support the development team in the technical refinement of solutions
- Act as a bridge between internal and external areas, ensuring alignment and clear communication
- Participate in team ceremonies (planning, daily, review, retrospective), ensuring alignment, collaboration and value delivery
- Monitor market and competitor trends, bringing insights for product evolution
- Write clear, detailed user stories to guide development
- Implement and recommend product metrics to monitor performance and progress
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Product Manager or in related roles (e.g., Product Owner, Business Analyst)
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Knowledge of data analysis and product metrics
- Ability to conduct user research and apply UX techniques
- Experience defining roadmaps and prioritizing using frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Data gathering and analysis (basic SQL; Tableau is a plus)
- Preferred: experience with B2B digital products and/or the financial sector
- Advantage: knowledge of insurance product management
- Advantage: process mapping and change management techniques
