About the role

  • Product Analyst for Jungheinrich analyzing product engagement and customer feedback. Defining metrics and creating dashboards to improve operational efficiency in warehouse and logistics systems.

Responsibilities

  • Understand Product, Business & Customer Behavior: Analyze and combine product engagement, financial KPIs and customer feedback to uncover what’s working, what’s not and what can be improved to further drive our success - across digital tools, systems and service touchpoints.
  • Track What Matters (KPIs & Metrics): Define, monitor and refine KPIs at both the company and team level. Support strategic alignment by measuring what drives performance.
  • Challenge the Status Quo with Data: Carry out exploratory, status-quo analyses that raise important questions - even when no one explicitly asked for it.
  • Create Clear Dashboards & Stories: Build dashboards that are easy to read and act on. Present your findings in a way that informs and influences - not just reports.
  • Build on What Already Exists: Review and leverage existing analyses and tools available within our company to avoid duplication and build on what is already working.
  • Analyze and Improve Operational Efficiency: Link process data with internal feedback to explore how we work - and how to work better. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies or patterns worth addressing.

Requirements

  • A masters’ degree in a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis or a related data-informed role
  • Strong analytical thinking and business sense - you understand the why and the value, not just the how.
  • Curiosity and initiative: You don’t wait for instructions - you explore, suggest, and act
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau
  • Hands-on skills with python, SQL and data platforms like Databricks
  • Experience creating clean, clear dashboards and reports for different stakeholder types (from product teams to management level)
  • Strong communication skills – you are able to translate data into narratives that matter.
  • Strong process acumen with the ability to critically analyze and improve existing workflows to drive operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
